US HOME AUCTION

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker BRE #01513285

I hosted a few open houses for the US home auction the past couple of weekends and I could not beleive the foot traffic of clients coming through the door. Approximatley 150 people came through an open house located in Dublin California. This auction buzz definetly attracts a lot of people looking for a deal and it's a very easy way to pick up new business since there are so many people to pick and choose fronm to work with. I will be representing two buyers coming up this Saturday the 23rd at the San Mateo Event Center. Wish me luck...

That's great Mike.  How did you come across this opportunity?  I am in the Los Angeles area and would like to host.  Any advice?

Mike- so how did the auction turn out?  Did the house sell? For what kind of value?  Market or below? or Above?

I just dropped by to say thanks for commenting on my blog!

April- Neither one of my buyers were the winning bidders for the home they were interested in. There seemed like a few good deals but like you mentioned in your blog a lot of them went for market value or above. That's why the buyers should use an agent to let them know what price range not to go over.
