Your credit score~~~~part1

Sometimes being approved for home buying can be difficult however, there are things you can do to be approved or be approved for higher amounts and better rates.

One of the greatest obstacles with home buying is having less than perfect credit.

Credit is a huge advantage when buying a home so if you do have bad credit, before you start into the home-buying phase, take time to get copies of your credit report from the three main reporting agencies(Equifax, Transunion and Experian) and cleanup discrepancies. Keep in mind that this effort sometimes take months or even years so be prepared to spend some time getting it in order.
