It confounds me that there are still places in America where one can purchase a three bedroom home for under $150,000. Our average single family home up here is $565,000 and the State keeps levying higher and higher taxes. Sounds like a true bargain, Lisa.

Andrew, folks who move away from NOLA often have sticker shock at the prices in other areas of the country. Heck, I do too when I see some of the listings posted here along with their prices - we truly do offer great value for the money.
