I know that everyone's clients ask you about stats on staging. The WORLD really wants to know how staging helps. WE Know it does and just giving the analogy of, "when you go to the Dentist you clean your teeth" when you sell a car you prepare your car and homes are no different". Is not going to work in the long run.
As much as we know that staging works the public really wants cold hard facts. Today I was again contacted by a reporter asking for stats on staging. AND again I am not able to give them any.
So, I am going to ask again can you please enter your stats into the RESA database. They are anonymous, you don't have to give your clients information. I will be able to break these down by area and we will make them available to everyone. IF you don't have time to enter in the stats and you have them in excel or some other way you may email them to me and I will personally enter them in for you.
Most people in the world make choices based on hard raw data. Stats can only help. So lets give the people what they want and come TOGETHER and do something as a group and get this done.
