21 Comments on Queen Creek, Arizona Gated and Golf Community - Private Golf Course - New Homes!
Debra, this is a model......so yes, it is staged. ;-)
Marchel, I know. It's a buyer's market. Where are they. ;-) This particular home is 1583 square feet, but it is so spacious and beautiful. The amenities are wonderful. I've barely touched on them in this post.
Julie, we have lots of homes here - beautiful homes at unbelievable prices. Thanks for stopping by.
Joey, the prices are really good right now. Yeah, this a nice model.....lots of things you could do if you want to spend the extra money to do it. ;-)
Hi Teri, it is beautiful here though it has been a colder winter than normal. Good to see you. ;-)
I realize most people do not live with white sofas and red pillow accents (although I really love the decor), and the view out the front window is magnificent -- since it tends to mirror itself and keep on going, adding depth and view. I do like slate in the bath, and I swear to god as my witness I can't believe the pricing. The last time I bought property in Arizona was in Mesa -- a bunch of brand new single family homes in 1982 or '84 for $80,000. This -- on a golf course -- for around $200,000? It just seems like a steal.
Elizabeth, remember where you live? The golf course lot would be another $100,000+ and the upgrades would be another $50-$75K.........But, to get into a home that looks like this model.....under $400K is still wonderful. Homes are definitely priced right here.....that's why so many move here! ;-)
Gary, Hopefully you looked at the tour as well. It's an amazing home.
Hi Chuck, thanks for coming by. You're right -now is the time to get on board. ;-)
Thesa, why thank you so much. As will you be mine ;-)
Hi Jason, perhaps you and your new "bride" would like to live here in our beautiful and warm and sunny state? Thanks for dropping by. It is a beautiful home.
Debbie, so glad you liked it. Remember - it's a model, but nevertheless very nice. Thanks for sharing it with your friend. It's supposed to be in the low 80's today. ;-)
This isexactly what wem are looking for. Please call me with something like this.

Mike
