If you have your home on the market, the Internet is one of the best places to advertise it. Whether it is in your local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) which is the data base we Realtors use; Realtor.com, Zillow or any other site...PICTURES, PICTURES, PICTURES.. With that said....not just any picture will do. When I take on a listing, I typically take over 150 pictures, only the few, the select, make the cut for my virtual tours. If the lighting does not come out right...I break out my photo editor and retouch the photo....it's not always easy to get the light you need to take great photos..But when you think that your photos are YOUR homes FIRST impression to a buyer...a photo can make or break whether someone decides to come see your home or not...you need to hire a real estate agent who pays attention to the photo details....and pictures can make YOU miss a sale.

When I am not taking photos of homes...I am a real estate agent in Northern Virginia If you have a home to sell in Haymarket, Gainesville, Bristow, Nokesville, Manassas, Warrenton, Aldie, Dumfries, Centreville, Chantilly, Leesburg, Virginia...give me a call 703 407 7088 to list your home

Konnie just like photographers take many pictures and they later on decide on taking the best four or five pictures out of like 200 pictures if not more. So we have to have that same mentality too if we do our virtual tours. Thank you for writing this posting this blog. Great information.
