Not hard to shine among that competition, is it?  Unbelievable.

What were they thinking?  A bad photo is worse than no photo at all.

WOW, Nothing special  there HUH???? I would have thought this home was in shambles....even with the verb-age...

OUCH, that is painful to look at.  $2.25 MILLION?  Really?  I agree with Karen...I would be easy to look good verses that kind of competition.

My 2 year old could take better pictures then that agent can.  Wow, I am not too surprised.

Maybe 2 1/4 large just doesn't get much there...

I had an acquaintance that specialized in VERY high end property tell me that about 3% of his buyers even noticed the listing on the internet.  But, I would still want to make it a knock out.  It doesn't cost that much more if the rest of the marketing is appropriate.

Wow, is someone playing a joke? I mean, what better way to NOT sell a house?

The description sounds fabulous, but the photos just scream "don't come and look, there's nothing good here to see!"

Do you think that the owners have seen these photos?  I think that the level of care and expertise that is put into any marketing presentation is an indicator of how good the agent is in his/her overall concern for the client and the transaction.  I wouldn't want this realtor to be marketing my own home.

How about using spell checker, or having someone read the copy first??? PS I haven't seen the inside of the house, but have seen the outside, and there is nothing that is compelling me to preview it!

Oh man, what a shame! These photos just don't do it justice, especially at that price point.

Yes, I agree some agents just do not get it.  Photo with garbage in the front yard, the screen door on the front of the house half hanging off; are just two of the great ones I have seen recently.  Or the realy lazy one who has a new listing in July that uses a pciture with snow in the yard; because taht was the last the MLS had on file from the last it sold 8 years ago.

Perhaps the owner's nephew has the listing and he was breaking in his camera-phone. That's a great example of how to make a mult-million dollar home look like a duplex in Jersey ... Not that Jersey isn't a great place ... I love Jersey.

I would not even look at that house if I were to see it on the MLS system.
