I will say I am surprised. The average Realtor used to sell 6 homes a year. I remember gasping at meetings when I heard that. CRS agents has typically been reported at 3 - 4%, ABR as 3%, and no GRI or SRES are reported here. This is encouraging because it means agents are getting education to help them with their profession.
