To All my current agents and those that may be one day!

Successful people get organized. How many people understand that every successful person you know has an organizer of some kind?! Organization... You've got to know what Monday looks like...You've got to know what Tuesday and Wednesday look like and every day of the week looks like. You need to fill up your schedule when you're working part time on your fortune full time on your job. You need to make sure that every gap of time for the next 2 years is filling up with activity that advances your business. Is there going to be some sacrifices? Yes. Are you going to have to make a higher level of commitment? Yes. Understand that life doesn't change on its own; you are the catalyst for your change. You want things to change? Who needs to change? You want things to get better...you need to get better. You want more in life you say? Then become more in life. DAILY ADGENDA IS IMPORTANT. A Mentor of mine once said, Simple errors in judgment repeated day after day that have no immediate impact at the moment, over 1 or 2 years could be devastating to where you could of end up vs. where you are. But by amending those errors from the past and practicing the daily disciplines you can create a lifestyle that you believe other people deserve and you're looking in the mirror one day and its your lifestyle! It's all up to you. Consistent effort and work ethic are key.
