Dale - I wasn't trying to keep it a secret but did want to post if someone would like to know a little about an inspection.  I had a lady call that was going to buy their first home and asked many of these same questions. It prompted me to make this post. Infact I had forgotten about it. You found it amongst all these other blogs. Thanks for the nice compliment.

I inspect each property like it was my own. I'm sure you do the same; infact I know you do from some of the things you have said. No short cuts with you. Just an honest day's work in a trade we are proud to perform.

    Havea a good one ...Carl

Dale - I read where they are having problems with the system and no able to post our comments so you have to check each one individually since they can not post on home. Also, Judi is not coming to the party tonite. I left a comment  at Liz L&M Eyes of Texas blog, I think that is where we were suppose to meet.

They said we had "rats" in the system so I let my appetizer and if it disappears before we meet up the rats probably ate it. I am not going to do anything else tonite because moving to slow and keep getting double comments. Maybe we will meet up later.

    Howdy Carl

Today is not any better my frien.

I made one comment on a post, and AR posted

it 8 times. So I took the time to delete 7 of them from the post.

Maybe they need to put out some big rat traps. lol

P.S. posted a new bolg last night.
