Home Stager with Staging Places

Strike one; second floor condo in an area where seniors prodomiantely bought.

Strike two; nine other units for sale including the one next door on first floor.

But wait we're not out yet..... Staging Places to the rescue!

We opened up the floor plan, updated the decor and SOLD in about 10 weeks .

Staging does make an impression on a tired home Heather. I didn't think it was bad before until I saw the "after" the color really does make an impression too.

Staging makes a huge difference. My biggest problem is trying to get my sellers convinced to do the things needed to sell their home. I am sitting on a condo now with a similar situation. It is all I can do to get them to let go of a dime. Tell me how you convinced them to spend the money for staging.

Red is a great attention grabber. When buyers are scrolling through a gazillion blah pictures, red will stop them in their tracks. Beautiful!

Hi Maria- This was actually an estate staging so the son was in charge of selling the condo. It was hard to convince him at first, but once he saw the changes, I know he was glad he did. I have a problem getting some sellers to invest as well. I recently had a man who was selling a very high-end loft turn me down on a $1,200.00 staging bid saying "for that price i"ll just have my wife put some funriture in here." Well she did and I'm sorry to say she shouldn't have. Last time I looked it was still on the market. It really comes down to; do you want it done CHEAP or do you want it done RIGHT!!!
