I just had the honor of talking with one of the founders of this amazing site and he is a GENIUS! 

There are so many exciting things on the horizon for "The Bird" that it's absolutely mind boggling.  He showed me some of the features already there that will simplify my life and increase my Internet presence exponentially.  I will blog about what I learnt from him in the near future.  I am so excited about my impromptu training session with this Internet Guru!

Glad to contribute, Zoltan!  I love your site, and I have to tell you that I have three deals in the works right now as a direct result of your site.  I created a one listing website by purchasing the domain name & attaching it to the property, then copied and pasted on CraigsList.   I posted a few of my listings that way and I am so happy with the results!  Keep up the good work and I look forward to all the wonderful, exciting things you and Gabi are creating!  By the end of the month I'm hoping to have all 50 some of my lstings as one property website/flyers doing the Internet rounds and attracting leads.  Thank you very much!
