It's Almost Magic: Staging Makes a Room Feel Larger

Yes, this is the same room!  This lower level family room really is a great space, but you'd never know it if you looked at the MLS photo online prior to staging.  With the addition of color, lighting, greenery, artwork and properly scaled furniture, this room is now warm and inviting.

Great example to bad your not local, I almost lost a deal because I called five stagers from Active rain to consult a client and not one returned the call.  Your business is wide open all over the country.  I look forward to seeing your progress.  Sharkey

Very nice and it doesn't look like you had to spend a fortune to set that stage...

Hi Dianna,

Isn't it amazing how the empty room looks almost claustrophobic?

Diana, as always, you've done a great job. I love the openness and warmth you've created. I also love the casual feel with the different collection of furnishings. Most family rooms are an eclectic collection of furnishings, and you've shown how it can all have a cohesive feel with correct placement of everything. You Sisters are the best!

Diana, Wonderful job. Makes me want to light a fire and curl up with a book. I'm sure home buyers will feel the same way.
