Hello again Active Rainer's!!! Its been a while since i last wrote a blog but whether you believe me or not i have been swamped with real estate and various other business endeavors. Consumer response off of this website has been phenomenal. My recent hiring of an assistant has surely helped me out freeing up some time. Don't you wish there was more time during the working day? :)

I have commented on a few blogs so I never was completely gone from active rain. I will be blogging regularly again and have many other networking projects in store for the future. My first will be a networking event Saturday April 5 at the Basement Ultra Lounge in the City of Long Beach intended for all real estate professionals, appraisers, title, escrow officers, attorneys, etc..
