I am MORTGAGE BROKER & REALTOR. My  EXPERIENCES  and SKILLS are  many, I am a hard worker, and  I feel  I am a  top notch person to assist you with your HOME MORTGAGE  ....          

I am assisted by my equally hard working wife, DEANE HARKER, retired Managing Pharmacist. We have five children,  nine grand children.  I was born a  "WEST  (by God)  VIRGINIAN"  and Deane is  "NORTH (Tar  heel  born  and  bred)  CAROLINIAN". There are so many details  (CREDIT REPORT, APPRAISING, INSPECTING, SURVEYING,  MOVING etc etc etc) involved  when you  get a MORTGAGE for your home.  We  really  do make these important matters LESS STRESSFUL for you as OUR CLIENTS.
