This is a chart used for our Real Estate Seminar we had today in South Lake Tahoe.

Here the chart indicates real estate market performance for Stateline, NV for the last 365 days.

The seminar was held at Lake Tahoe Community College. About 50 people attended.

Bingo!!

I sold a $5M home in MD in 2006 in a terrible market.  Our best buyers right now are luxury home buyers and relocating buyers in the $700K plus market.  They have tremendous inventory from which to select.

The thing that drags our stats down is the price of the average home.  It's out of price for the average income buyer.

We also have a good market for waterfront homes.  Waterfront is finite and will always sell.  We've got lots of waterfront in Maryland and that price hasn't come down and probably never will.
