Vickie, great comments on Poinsettia Landings. I visited (on behalf of a potential client) in May and was impressed with the "fit and finish" of the development and it's convenient location to the beach and downtown Ft.Laud. Besides, I love the Pointsettia Heights area! If I had the funds to invest in property, I would def. consider P.Landings.

Hello Carl, thanks for your comment. Poinsettia Landings is definitely great as well as the Poinsettia Heights area. I see that so this year, 10 units have sold that were listed through Brokers at final sales prices between $129,900 (1 Bedroom unit) and $175,000 (2 Bedroom unit).
