We live in Heron Creek. We are building our business here. My wife wants to focus right here and I have visions of an empire stretching to Carpathia. In my mind I am King. My body is not so good.
2 Heart Attacks, COPD, Sleep Apnea, and now Parkinsons. Other than that, not bad. I run out of gas easily. I can be talking to a prospect and in mid-sentence go from 78 RPM to 33 RPMs. So I am listening to my wife for a change and marketing much better in our own community.
We have a newsletter that is quite good. It's a template and we modify it. We personalize it. We include research about pricing and price changes in our community. We talk about referrals invite our subscribers to request a free market analysis of their homes. 2 months ago we got a nice listing and were fortunate to get it under contract within 52 days.
We sent an e-mail out saying it was under contract. We use a template supplied through our company (for a fee of course) I'm starting to feel like a graphic artist. It's true I wear leg warmers and a beret! I made that up.
I'm dying to see if I can copy and paste it into my blog. By the way. We had a motivated seller, a great buyer and a beautiful home priced well. We just got out of the way and let it happen.
