Hello,

Here is a link to a very interesting article about the redevelopment of one of Charlotte's most desirable neighborhoods, Dilworth. The article discusses how a lot of the original houses are being demolished to make way for new, super sized homes. For those of you not familiar with Dilworth, this area has seen tremendous appreciation in property values in recent history. Due to the large trees, close proximity to Charlotte, and neighborhood restaurants, Dilworth has become one of the most desirable areas in Charlotte.

Sara,

I enjoyed the article.  This is also going on in Eastover and the Southpark area as well as the older houses on the lakes.

I guess its "Highest and Best Use"
