Strafford County Year End Market Report

The New Hampshire Association Of REALTORS (NHAR) published it's year end market trends report which has some pretty fascinating information. You can read the State wide report in it's entirety on my blog New Hampshire State Stats.
This is information is particularly of interest for those that might be thinking of buying or selling a home in 2007.

Strafford County towns include Barrington, Dover, Durham, Farmington, Lee, Madbury, Middleton, Milton, New Durham, Rochester, Rollinsford, Somersworth and Strafford New Hampshire.

2006 Units sold (excluding condos) 1,256 down 19% from 2005
2006 Average sales price (excluding condos) $268,000 down 3% from 2005

Statistics are based on information from the Northern New England Real Estate Network (NNEREN) for the respective periods shown for the respective regions in the State of New Hampshire or all towns in the State of New Hampshire.
