Our Searcy Board of Realtors are a unique bunch of Realtors.  When I meet Realtors from other areas and ask if they tour with other competing offices they generally say, "Are you  crazy?"  "That's our competition!"

Every Wednesday morning Realtors meet at our Searcy Board of Realtors office and we tour together.  It gives us a great opportunity to interact with Realtors from the other companies.  Some of my good friends work for other companies, we are NOT in competition with other  Realtors, we are in competition with ourselves. Each office puts homes on tours each Wednesday, sometime we may have 20 homes, but we all go to whichever homes we can.  It gives us a chance to look at all listings, and I have sold many homes just from going on tour!

Once a month we have our Searcy Board of Realtors luncheon and we have a guest speaker.  Again, this is another opportunity to interact with other Realtors.  We have to work deals with other agents, and being able to interact with them makes it easier. 

Searcy's  motto is "Where Thousands Live As Millions Wish They Could" and this is true.

Touring is good.  If we don't know our inventory, we can't sell the inventory.
