In the recent past as everyone is well aware the market was so HOT that buyers could barely have anytime to look and think about the home they just saw before someone else made an offer. Thus creating a lot of purchases made through haste decisions and later regretting the purchase. Now with the market being what it is Buyers have not only the time to think but their choice of homes. With plenty of homes being on short sales and foreclosed the bulders are practically slashing all their prices making it a buyers dream. My suggestion to the buyer is find yourself a good Realtor who is knowledgable not only of the area but of the bargain prices builders are providing. You see the builders are throwing specials to realtors everyday just to get rid of their overstocked inventories. So don't waste time come and get that home you was looking at but thought you could not afford.
