I will be teaching a class on how to present a Short Sale offer on Short Sale listings.  

This is not a Keller Williams recruiting event but OPEN to all.  We as Realtors can work and build our knowledge of this new market together.  

Realtors ask me questions daily about Short Sales so I have written this Short Sale Buyer's manual of my experiences.  

Location -   KW South Tampa University Training Room (2nd Floor) 3502 Henderson Blvd in South Tampa   Those of you that represent Buyers in todays market are finding ton of the listing out there are Short Sales.  This class is to educate you on the process and the best way to get the offer accepted.

  • What is a Short Sale
  • Why is the Home a Short Sale
  • The Best Way to Present a Short Sale Offer
  • The Timing and Process of a Short Sale
  • How to Follow-Up with Listing Agent

And the best part, the Numbers on a short sale.  The math that the lenders use to calculate the acceptance price.   This class will be held from 1-3 PM on March 14th, OPEN to all Keller Williams Agents and Non-Keller Williams Agents.   So please respond to this email so I know how many packets to have on hand.  The class is FREE but we have a $19.95 materials charge.
