When does Advanced Access plan on getting on the ball with converting current 3.0 users to the 4.0 package?  I think it is a little rediculous that we've had to wait over a year at this point. Now, on top of that, I can't even do anything to my website this weekend because the file libarary function has been down since Friday.

I have been a customer since 2003, and I'd like to hear any enhancements to your service that have come about since 2003.  I personally can't think of a single new functionality that has been made available to current customers in the past 5 years!  Can you?

Cameron;

Hello there and thank you for providing us with your feedback! I wanted to address some of the concerns you brought up in your comment. :)

Over the last couple of years, we have taken great strides to improve our products, as well as offer new features for our clients. Since 2003 we have rolled out with various new services and improvements such as the addition of our forums, our association with OnBoard (which provides free school and community information on your website,) the expansion of your Mail Center and File Library with additional email addresses and file storage, agreements with over 130 MLS's to download and provide IDX data for our clients free of charge, our new Lead Generation product "LeadMore," content writing services and much more!

I took a look at your site and it appears that you're with the GGAOR - Greater Greenville AOR. If that's the case, we have an IDX feed available for you to use. ;) If you're interested in having us take care of that for you, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support department and they will be more than happy to get you setup or feel free to message me here and I will get the ball rolling for you! :D

HI there - I wanted to ask about the file manager as I have been having issues, I have contacted customer support etc. It freezes my computer when I try and upload a picture to a page on my site, and I find it to be much slower than the prior version. Any suggestions?

Adv Access - thanks for getting back to me. I wanted to let you know that customer support was awesome and helped me move my files, as I had too many in just the "my files" so it took a very long time to load if it did at all. Now it seems much better that those pictures are in different folders, and doesn't take as long to load. Also, I am resizing the photos before I upload them so they are not so large. The other version did not necessarily load the photo but rather the file of it  so it did not take as long. If that feature could be added as an option to just load the file version as opposed to the entire photo -  I think it might be quicker.

Thanks for getting back to me . . . just so you know customer service is great and patient. Check my file for the last one who helped me - and he was spectacular. I always ask them to send me a survey so I can give them positive feedback!

Please let them know I appreciate their support!

Here we go again.  Every AA website in my bookmarks list is offline, as are the forums.

I just wanted to stop by and say that I've been a customer since 2003 and when it came time to cancel, I was treated like garbage and my site was shut down before it was suppose to but the AA rep (Ryan) said he didn't recall our conversation about the timeframe he was going to leave it up. How convienant. I couldn't even keep my site for the full month I had paid for. My new site is being built so when you type my web address there's no site available. Thanks AA.

When your company had the "Black Monday" I was one of the few that stuck with you and didn't get on the forum ranting and raving. Look where that got me. Thanks, it's been a great experience.

I am so sorry that you experienced these problems with the cancellation of your website. I have placed your site back up for you so that you can get your transfer taken care of while maintaining your online presence. If you need any help with anything, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Support. I have added a note to your account and anyone who gets your call will be aware of your needs.

Thank you, I appreciate that. You must be the only one there with access to the magic button to turn my site back on, because I was told by 2 other reps, that it was impossible. I don't want to seem ungrateful, but now I guess I have to go through the cancellation process all over again and I'd rather have a tooth pulled instead.

When my new site is ready, do I need to call Ryan to cancel or is there anyone there who will leave their ego at the door to help me?

Pam;

You will not need to call in and cancel again, I have taken care of that for you. Your site will remain online until May 16th, at which point we will take it offline if you have not already changed your Domain Name to point to your new site. :)

If you need more time than that, let me know and I will see what I can get done for you.

Thank you Audrey! You and Anna have always done a great job on the forums and I really appreciate what you've done today. I think May 16th will be more than enough time. Thanks again!
