I am so excited to be able to answer any questions that some may have about the real estate market right now.  There is so much bad publicity regarding real estate.  Contrary to what the news media says, it is a great time to purchase a home.  Low interest rates and a good selection of homes to choose from make it perfect for buyers.  Sellers have challenges, but with the right Realtor and a long term marketing strategy YOU CAN SELL YOUR HOUSE.  Please let me know what you think...

Thanks, what do you think about how the media is portraying the real estate market?  Do you feel that is causing some of the slow down?

Alicia, Welcome to Active Rain!  The media has caused some buyers to stay on the fence, the slowdown is a result of the increase of housing prices in the last few years.  All things that go up must come down, but they will also go back up soon enough.
