Stop putting 2.0 behind everything!

Everyone is being totally cliche, the term "Web 2.0" has been around since like 1999! Stop saying Web 2.0, and Real Estate 2.0!

We need to come up with some new buzzwords to describe the "new" internet, and internet real estate marketing. And don't say Web 3.0! I don't know what those buzzwords would be, but hey I'm just calling for change, not proposing any salutions here. I leave it up to the AR Collective to help with that one.

Robert, Ha! Excellent. I don't even know what the whole 2.0 concept is! So my first bowl of Cheerios this morning was 1.0? And then when I ate my second bowl that was 2.0? Funny and on the mark, sir.

LOL, you got it! Web 2.0 was a buzzword some internet information group made up, and it really caught on. Here's what wikipedia says about it. It's even copyrighted so you coul d potentially get in legal trouble for using it. If this blog post disappears, you'll know why.

Well you're safe because I'm not an agent so I don't have any of those titles. And I do agree with you to an extent, the majority of people do not know what they mean and don't care.

Getting back to the basics and grammar may really be the thing. By having a very short description may be the description that tells what something has to do with the topic.
