We sit at our sales office/model of Jackson View every weekend. The last few weekends we have seen more people come through than before. I think things are definitely picking up again.

In my opinion, buyers are realizing that interest rates will not drop too much lower than they already have. If this isn't the bottom, it is pretty close. Generally, you don't know when you have it bottom until you look back to see it. :)
