I am instituting a Peer Support Group on Wednesday Night at 5:30 to 7:30 this week. Future dates to be announced.
What is that?
It's a night where agents get together to do whatever they just don't get around to doing.
I have to write personal notes to my past clients.
Jeremy wants to Cold Call.
Kate wants to send out a mailer to townhome owners.
Women have been doing things like this for years. They are called "Stitch and Chats" and women all work on something different and get their own stuff done, but on a regularly scheduled night where they come together and have refreshments and support each other's spending time on getting their own stuff done.
At the Roanoke Bar on Capitol Hill it's called Stitch and Bitch and is on Thursday Nights, last I heard.
We can break down into different groups. Cold callers over there, mailers over here, and join together for Pizza!
Broker supplies the Pizza has always been the way I've seen it done, so Pizza is on ME...or the Company if I can get them to pay for it :)
It is not a Training Class and you need to have something you want to do with little or no direction from me! LOL! I've got my own stuff to do. But you can peek over everyone's shoulder and learn a thing or two from what the others are doing. Listen to their calls, see what they are mailing out and to whom and why.
Lots to share, lots to learn, get a lot done and Pizza too...now isn't that an offer you can't refuse, and from an Italian no less. Be there or BE SQUARE!
