San Diego Real Estate has picked up so far this year. It seems some of the buyers have jumped down from the home buyer procrastination fence. It couldn't have come at a better time. The San Diego real estate market has large amounts of inventory in many areas and it's getting ripe on the vine. The picking is easy and oh so sweet if you're ready to buy. So for in 2008 there has been an influx of buyers and I think many of them are spurring on the fence sitters that have been unsure about buying for the last couple of years.
Our phones are ringing off the hook and our emails are filling up with people wanting to look at property and write offers. This is a wonderful way to start off the 2008 real estate season. The best part is the amount of homes and condos that I can show them and the prices that these 
properties have dropped to. Now not all areas of San Diego have dropped in value but many of them have and many areas have stayed at 2004 and 2005 prices. The interest rates are back down and the real estate market is seeing an influx of buyers. The timing could be perfect to get into the San Diego market and 2008 and early 2009 could be the time to buy at the very bottom.
