Gorgeous views! ow do you get one of the boat slips out front? And is the pool shown in the video part of the same complex?
Lisa.... I love the views from the living room and the screen porch over-looking the water. technology has certainly come a long way in regards to presentation.
Katrina- It's the Halifax River, aka Intracoastal Waterway. You have to cross over it to get to the beach.
Marlene- The boat slips are free, but there's a long waiting list. And yes, the pool is part of the complex, If you noticed in the video, when I was on the porch and panned to the right, you could see one of the pools.
