As I have been doing so many open houses this month, I am meeting quite the gamut of people. It is very evident that there are people out there who are ready to buy. They are aware that the rates are still low and that the pricing on houses in our area our very appealing and they are still able to make an offer even with a great starting price. It is sad to know that the media is not always portraying a clear picture in all areas of the market. This obviously causes great hesitation in many, but with expertise help in making a great deal with a home that you really love, it is really a great time to buy!!
