Timing the housing market
I have read a number of blogs about clients staying on the sidelines trying to time the market and get the lowest rates. There is an excellent article in this week's Time Magazine. I highly recommend it.

Richard, I tried to time the stock market, without any luck. I think trying to time the housing market is equally difficult. If you want to buy a home, it's a great time to buy. I think it's futile trying to guess the exact bottom or turnaround point.
