Maine Semi Final Hockey Games Can Be Physical...Need Good Equpment!

High school rivalries. Every town and city in every state has them.

Friendly, spirited high energy high school hockey. This contest in the semi final Class B Maine year end tournament with the winner advancing closer to the Eastern Maine Championship. For seniors on both teams, this could be the last game they play..that makes the stakes very high for them, the school and their band & faculty. In the audience is the novice, atom, peewee and bantam coaches...all rooting, hollering and hoping. Radio and television broadcast and yes, You Tube highlights from each teams perspective. The previous week both team's schools had basketball squads that made it into the playoffs. Let's see what other contests are on tonight Martha. (settling back in recliner with clicker raised and pointing) Welcome to Blackhawk TV....(turning channel volume up a few knotches) Let's sit back and tune in to see what happens when two Aroostook County teams square of on unfriendly ice 46 miles up the road in the "Crown of Maine".
