Today is my very good friend's birthday .... Jennifer Allan. Wishing all her heart's desires for this upcoming year.
Jennifer, somehow I think this is going to be your best year yet!!!!
As part of her birthday celebration, I want to share with you my Jennifer Allan story.........
My Jennifer Allan story:
I was on the fence about moving into full-time real estate when I met Jennifer. Right when I decided to go ahead with my plan, I noticed Jennifer's comments on the Agentsonline.net forum. She had her Sell with Soul signature - which I later clicked and was brought to her website.
For the first time in my young real estate career, I am finally reading materials that actually seems humanly and she talk about things I could apply in my business. I especially like this section called the Reluctant Salesperson. That's me, me, me........ I didnt want to be associated with the salesperson name but it is what I do. Later, I found out that there are so many people just like me - the reluctant salesperson. At that time, she was selling her ebook - A Guide to an Extraordinary Career in Real Estate for $15. I thought I could spend another $15 to see what she has to say. I was actually very surprised. She actually talked about the things I had gone through in my first real estate years.
So, I decided to email her to compliment her about her book and thank her for putting them in words. (If you havent read her book, you probably should. It's very down-to-earth, very real and very applicable even for a small hearted, introverted person like me!). 5 minutes later, she emailed back! Now, that's unheard of. Such great "customer service!".
Jennifer and I became very good friends since then. For 1 year, she helped me revamped my business strategy. She put encouragement and hope into my business. (Even though my husband is my pillar, but it's not quite the same coming from someone who's been there, done that!). Every penny I paid her as the result of my closings, I gladly paid her and only wished I had paid her more (which means I was making hip loads!).
Well, that's my Jennifer Allan story. Do you have one?
