I recently had the opportunity to visit with John, sales manager for Davis Custom Homes. They are in the process of building a new sub-division called Vintage Square in south Gainesville containing houses from the $120's to the $160's. Since the project started they have had some problems, but now things are rolling. They already have seven houses on the ground, ready to move into. I previewed all seven homes and was very impressed with what I saw. There is a pool for home owners and the dues are only $150 a year.
