Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN (Grassroots Newswire)February 10, 2008 - EXIT Realty Eden Prairie hosted a real estate seminar on international real estate aboard a luxury Carnival Cruise ship which toured the Caribbean.

Certified International Property Specialist Lauri Biddick along with her business partner Todd Willson recently organized and played host to 24 real estate investors wanting to learn more about the opportunities offshore. With her extensive knowledge and training in the international investment arena, Ms. Biddick organized a package deal on Carnival Cruise Lines for a showcase tour of investment opportunities in the Caribbean, specifically Roatan, Honduras, Belize, Cozumel and Grand Cayman.

Ms. Biddick, former Chairperson of the International Committee at the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS, and Mr. Willson were joined by national speaker, Mr. Mike Huey. Classes focusing on investment real estate and how to evaluate property were held right on board the ship. Additional meetings and exclusive presentations were arranged with developers, real estate professionals, as well as local and national government officials from each port of call to learn about the economies and the distinctive properties for sale.

Investors toured the various properties and had the option to negotiate on the ones of interest. "Looking for areas of strong appreciation and purchasing ahead of the curve can potentially generate double digit returns," states Ms. Biddick.
