My Life So Far ... (Part 3)

My life so far ...

Telling my life story through old pictures is the goal I set about to accomplish recently.  It began as a means of allowing my readers a peak into the window of my life, but it turned into something more.  I can't even begin to express how cathartic it can be to mine forgotten memories by rummaging through old show boxes.  Each picture evokes a smile, whether joyful, rueful or wistful.

Parts 1 and 2 covered my early years through college, and into the beginnings of my career in Real Estate.  If you haven't seen these previous installments, you may want to start there.

Following is Part 3 of My Life So Far ...

This is a nice way to connect with your audience. My wife is going through are old pictures now. I should take a closer look.

Thanks, Frank.  Get ahold of a few of the gems that your wife finds and post them!

Okay, what gives? Is this a make up blog to the pretty little woman? This series is just so touching. Really. How do you turn a wolf into a collie? Let him roll around in a shoebox full of photos. Me? I'm a shark. Got no time for waxing nostalgic. If I stop swimming I drown.

What a lovely montage! It's like I was there with you :)

LOL, Andrew!  I'm sure I did something worthy of an apology, so hopefully this will suffice!

Glad you liked it.

Really enjoying the photo album.  Your wife has a great smile.  I suppose next is a tour through the life of the young couple with the little guys?  I can't wait!

Paul - Okay, it has to be said...you're a nice guy.  I know men don't like to be called nice or cute, but what can I say?  You are just a good man.  Thanks for the Golden Retriever photos, too.  Aren't they just the most lovable creatures God ever put on the planet?  Will I be seeing you at BloodhoundBlog Unchained in May?

Missy:  Thanks for following all of these.  I am forever a dog guy.  From the day I was born until today, there has not been one day when we didnt have a dog in the family.  Goldens and Labs.

Jason:  That will be a challenge indeed!

Marlene:  Now that is just a plain nice thing to say.  Thank you!  Goldens are definitely right near the top of most lovable creatures.  I can only think of two others that are their match, and they are the subjects of the upcoming parts 4 & 5.  Highly doubt I'll be at Bloodhound because I am not a contributor nor reader.  I spend all of my blogging time here.

Katerina: Everything you say is true, but don't forget my mother!  Probably my single biggest supporter over the years.  Thanks for watching all of these slideshows.
