NAR President Reports - Stimulus Package To Give Market a Boost

President of The National Association of Realtors, Dick Gaylord, reports on the impact of the recently enacted Economic Stimulus Package. The stimulus package will include increases in both FHA and conforming loan limits and will be published by HUD within 30 days.

Ex. GSE Loan Limit Increases:

Washington D.C - $562,200

Boston - $538,683

Sacramento - $521,250
