Mario,

Are you referring to international buyers purchasing in the US, or purchasing properties outside the US.

If the latter, do you currently have a mortgage broker that can handle your international deals?  If not, I do have a couple lenders that do oversees transactions (Latin America, Caribbean, Mexico, etc.)  This includes commercial loans as well, ranging from hotel/condo aquisition and development to casinos to energy industry and can go about $2+ billion.

I can do foreign national programs, but I figure that you already have a lender that does local US business.

I would be interested to join the group, but more to watch the real estate side of things.  Mortgage info on international can be a little much for most people, and I am afraid that it would scare some people away from group. :)

Jason,

Anywhere in or out of the US.

The discussion could cover the subject of people coming into the US to buy properties, Agent in the US listing properties outside of the US, German buying properties in Italy, anything international in nature is ok.

I do know Mortgage specialists here in Tampa who offers programs for foreign investors who come in the US to buy properties.

Thanks for visiting.
