To me the best and quickest way to improve your life is just to think more positively. Your thoughts have a huge influence over every aspect of your life. Your thoughts determine your personality, the quality of your relationships, your financial success, your physical health, and much more.
Life isn't always simple and no one goes through life without problems, or without running into obstacles. And some of these problems or obstacles can be huge. But what's really important is how we face these obstacles. If we think negatively, we can be overwhelmed, give up or become ineffective in dealing with them. But there is a much better way to handle them. We can choose to look for something positive in the situation. We can choose to consider it a blessing in disguise - even if we have no idea what that blessing might be
... state of being, and a way to experience yourself in the present ... identify with only positive aspects and separate yourself from negative aspects, ...... For every negative thought about yourself, immediately think of something positive. ...By being at your best you would attract and meet positive, supportive people... Focus on what you like about yourself. ...
Perhaps for some your Christian beliefs are what make you strong, or perhaps it's your family. But whatever it is making a habit of thinking positive soon begins to change your life.
When people ask me how I'm doing I always tell them GREAT! If they question me about that. I tell them I haven't had a bad day since May 5th 1976. Then they really get a puzzled look. But you see this is the truth. On May the 5th 1976 I told myself I would never have a bad day ever again and I haven't! I have bad moments maybe but those moments never make my entire day bad. Because there is always something during the day that blesses me. By the way how do I remember May the 5th 1976. Well it was one of my most joyous days of my life ever. I was blessed that day...my Son was born! That one event changed me forever.
I'm a firm believer that my positive thoughts have made me sucessfull in several professions and brought me great riches that I would otherwise not enjoyed! I also believe each person can make his own sucessfull or unsucessfull path in life.
