Prices are dropping, new construction is slowing???

These statistics are for Davis, Salt Lake and Weber Counties. We currently have 2169 homes available that were built from 2007 on. There were 90 homes that sold in the last 30 days and 179 that went under contract in the last 60 days we had a total of 206 homes sold and 257 homes that went under contract. That should indicate that a Fourth of the homes available are selling. This does not include the existing market older than 2006. We are getting into our warmer months. I won't be surprised if these statistics  get even better. STAY Posted.

Debbie, I've heard that Utah is still selling like crazy. True? I've always loved the Provo, Santaquin, Spanish Fork area - especially during the summer. ;-)

It is still selling very well. Just not the same as last year. It was CRAZY. But it has been slowing because the "the sky is falling" reports. Spring usually livens things up around here and I am sure it will be back to crazy again. That area is beautiful in the summer. Thanks for the your coments.
