Hi Jess,
I didn't realize there is a Del Webb in Texas. There is one in Huntley, Illinois, which is pretty funny, as it's a shoot off of Sun City. Well, you know Illinois can be cold many months of the year. Anyway, Del Webb brought a lot of commerce and $$$ into this old, used to be farm town.
