I to think the reserved folks would be pleasantly surprised with the results that home Stagers bring.

If I were selling a home in this market, I would make sure my agent was giving me the marketing advantage that Stagers bring like:

• Helping me let go ( a lot of folks we do Staging consultations for have trouble coming to grips that the home they lived in for x amount of years is now a product for sale. Good Home Stagers can help explain this in a caring & understanding way it is going to be hard for them to let go and help them understand the new house they will be soon to buy will become their home and new memory's will soon to follow:)
• Help them understand from a neutral 3rd party's perspective that the house must show well so it sells faster, we help them understand that their taste & decor is perfect for them, but not for the pool of potential buyers we our targeting
• Help them make the new changes to neutralise the home so its best features are spot lighted, and the flaws we see must be addressed otherwise the credit the buyer will ask for will be far more then if they would invest in fixing the flaws (We again are there for you, so most full service Home Staging business have contractor they work with so to pass the saving on to you)
• Help with the flow of the home so the potential buyers will see the beautiful sq footage they will now weighing to buy, or walk away from with out an offer if the home is to cluttered (folks want to see the potential of a home, not it's lack of space) and home Stagers are well trained in showing homes full potential so home buyers don't have to imagine anything, we will place the correct sized furnishings in each and every room so the buyers will have a model like home to fall in love with.

There are many other marketing advantages of having a home Staging consultant working on your team to get the most out of each home. There is so many homes on the market now you must make yours stand above the rest, otherwise yours can blend in with the rest and we all know what that is doing......Nothing!

So lets Break that link in the chain that is bringing the housing market to an all time low in sales, and give yourself the advantage of having a Home Stager work with you to give you the best chance in selling your house.
