Great stuff!! I am a new ActiveRainer... It seems as a new realtor and a 10 year mortgage veteran that Activerain definitely attracts some of the most successful and extraordinary peeps in the industry... I haven't listed any houses yet that needed staging, but I won't hesitate to call you when I feel like I can use your services. Do you work in Philly and its Burbs? I can see me needing a 5 star staging service like yours in the near future!! I spent the last couple of years writing a series of books about the first time buying experience. The Ultimate First Time Buying Guide and its sequel The Ultimate First Time Closing and Settlement Guide answer all of the questions about how to buy and close on one's first house. From the second a first timer dreams the dream, to the second that their new house keys drop into the hands. A lot of my mortgage clients over the years have nicknamed me The Mortgage Wizard. Adam--It really does. If you can "paint the picture" for the buyer, it takes out the guesswork of visualization for them.
