It Ain't Over (falling prices)

By
Real Estate Agent with Northwest Ct Realty

I do forget the gentlmans name, but while watching or should I say listening while reading the morning paper, I heard this analyst say that falling prices haven't hit bottom and they are projecting the bottom to be a year away. He stated a national average of at least another 10% drop over the next year. I wonder if it was Target or Wal-Mart where he got his Crystal Ball!!!

I think it has flattened out here in Georgia. I have had many people looking and also writing contracts. I want one of those crystal balls as well.

Real Estate is LOCAL, people!  Stop listening, watching and reading the national media.  Isn't it obvious that THEIR agenda requires a recession?

A dollar store crystal ball and doomsday perspective and you get to say whatever you want to the media!

Be of service! The rewards will come!

I'm not sure what market they are referring to.  If it is the over-inflated CA housing market I would agree.  Otherwise locally in Cincinnati, we are doing fine!
