Located in the heart of Ann Arbor, within walking distance to University of Michigan, "The Big House", and Chrysler Arena. Go Blue!!

The future owner will inherit all the upgrades, totaling over $42,000. in the last two years. New kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new granite counter-tops, two remodeled baths with jacuzzi tub, and marble and gorgeous tile work. New roof and gutters.

Built in the 1940's with hardwood floors throughout. This home is in mint condition and in a highly desirable location.

Sellers purchased the home in 2005 for $269,900. and the new owner will not have to do a thing. Due to the market shift the new buyers will get basically all the upgrades for FREE. Now that sounds good to me, wish I could buy it.

Missy, That home is just lovely--even their color choices.  I'm certain that won't last on the market!

Ah ha!!!  That's a place I've never noticed before.

I should pay more attention to those buttons.

Hi Missy, can you rent the front yard for game days?  Looks nice and the upgrades put in a very competitive position in your market.  Nice listing post.

Gary, yes you can !! I have friends that live close to the Stadium and pay their taxes with what they get parking cars.

Linda, this is sooooo Ann Arbor. Everyone wants to live close to downtown and the Stadium.

Lenn, LOL

Carol, I hope not it is such a great location and the new owner will have nothing to do for many years to come.

Nice little narrative on this one Missy, and I just have to slow down enough to get RES up and running for us.

Was just talking to Jason Crouch about you... in the middle of writing this. We were talking about the power of AR as a referral source.

Good grief!  There's a whole lot of snow out there!  The weather presents some real challenges this time of year!  I guess you get used to it.

I love this listing!  You can tell your buyer agents they are lucky to have a west side AA home.  Love it.  I lived on Snyder closer to the Big House for 20 years and still miss that home.

Hi Missy,BURRRRRRRRRRR...thats a lot of snow.  I was out side today in shorts, 80 degrees and sunny, makes up for July & August :).  I left you a message on another one of your post.  Hoping to get to know you, I have a 9-member team in Katy TX, (outside Houston), 32+ years in the business, and not many on AR with teams.  Let me know if you want to share some ideals, etc.  I added you as an associate.

spreading love in the rain, Liz

Really sharp looking property. I hope you have not gotten slammed with too much snow. We have had 3 more storms the past week. Not too bad but I hate to drive in it!!

Liz- stop rubbing it in ok- I can go swimming right now if I wanted to freeze my butt off and lend up in the emergency room!

I just might have to make a trip to Texas to enjoy some of that southern sun!!
