Has anybody done Finiti BPO s. I was told they would be ready in November 2007. Still haven't heard anything. Hope Finiti Bpo s will increase soon.

never heard of it. There are a few other companies out there that give agents the chance to do bpo that are established.

I've read on http://www.agentbrokerforum.com that they have start sending orders, they started on the east coast and moving down to the west coast, California should start in March. So WA should probably be around the same time

I'm glad they are starting on the east coast. Thanks Tommy. I talked to them in November and was told they should start soon. Thanks.

I did a BPO for finiti (all lower case) on March 18th and they promptly mailed a check on March 25th.  Their WebPage for data submission is still really in a beta stage and was very awkward to deal with; but the staff is working to improve it.  This is the outgrowth of an effort by FARVV to help CitiGroup bring the BPO activity In-House, instead of using a middleman like 1stAmer.  Perhaps they'll be more difficult to work with as they get their bearings; but I was pleased.

How is Erika going to handle everyone in every state......would seem like I don't hear about anyone in that accounting department! Still waiting on my April check but did talk to Erika once, surprise her voicemail box is full! Emailed her and someone will get back to me in 5-7 days great!
Slow pay is one thing. I never count on a PRTK check before 60 days but the back and forth stuff to see when you'll be paid is ridiculous!

They call me at least once a week and send a desperate email 2-3 times a week. Love the ignore button on my phone for that reason (I have their numbers programmed into my phone with the name, so I know what to do with the call) and the delete email option also, actually need to set them up for auto-trash bin.

EVALUATION Solutions has no solution on how to pay their agents! Stay away!!!

Finiti is a good start-up company that pays on time.  They have friendly staff and good data entry forms.  They usually start newbies with only few BPO's but as you gain the status of history with their company, Finiti increase work orders.

This is funny. Evil Solutions (Evaluation Solutions) pays like crap and yet so many of you still work for them. I did ONE BPO for these idiots and didn't get paid for five months after I turned down a bunch of orders on the phone, blanket emails to agents in my area that do work for them and a few other tactics. It's not worth my time to chase $50 with these morons. There are plenty of other companies that pay without follow up at all. I choose to work for companies that pay me without badgering and threatening.

Keep working for them. While you're busy chasing money with these jerks I'll be at the bank cashing checks for other companies BPOs.

I have done several for them now. Their standard fee offer for my area is $35.00 but is negotiable. I explained the time involved, distance traveled and got them up to fifty. They do pay very quickly. I think the more bpo's you do for them and if you do a good job and get them in on time the fee becomes more negotiable. They are very helpful and easy to work with.
