There are reasons we do a lot of things and own a lot of products or services. Rarely have I had anybody share with me 101 reasons to own anything. For the most part there are maybe five or ten reasons why we may need a particular product or service.

Over the next several blogs I'll be sharing 101 reasons why people should not be without a Life Events Legal Plan.

1. You don't have an up to date will.

2. You don't understand the difference between a trust and a will.

3. Family members challenge your parent's will.

4. You don't understand you health insurance plan or the new Medical Prescription Act.

5. The IRS selects you for an audit.

I keep telling myself, I have to put one together, but each day, I put it off.  We did meet with an attorney 3 years ago, but couldn't afford the cost to putting a trust together.  I pray 2008 will be the year we put one together.  Thanks for the reminder in your blog.  Lu
