Let's stop worrying about the market and look at the facts

The first quarter of 2008 is looking very good so far.  compared to this same perior in 2007.  In Jefferson County we have already closed over 124 sides with a dollar volume of over $42,000,000 compared to this same period last year with only 100 sides, but over $52,000,000 in dollar volume.  Looking at the pending transactions, by the end of this quarter we may actually do better than 2007.  This is all good news!

Good news!  I'd be curious to see the stats for Multnomah County here in the Portland, OR area down south.
