Yippee! I made it to 100 and hopefully somewhere, someone has somehow learned something!!

Wow, time flies when you are having fun!  I knew it was coming, and whew, I almost missed it.

I was just looking at my points page and realized that I was at post #99!

So yes, this is my 100th post and I am pretty excited about it!  I am still going strong and hopefully somewhere, someone has somehow gained something from one or more of my posts.

I truly do love AR!  Thanks to all who have taught me so much about blogging and SEO!  It has been amazing and I can't even imagine how much more I have to learn.  I am like a sponge here on AR!  Thanks to Queen Ann Cummings, Brad Andersohn, Mary McKnight, Nestor & Katerina Gasset and Monika McGillicuddy.

Ann, you have an amazing blog and have so much to offer consumers as well as fellow Activerainers.  Your posts to localism inspire me to be a better writer/blogger.  Your images alone tell a story and your writing and flow of your posts are truly what I am striving for in my own blog! I look to you for ideas on posting and have truly appreciated the advice you have given me on the side!

Brad, I don't even know you and have never spoken to you but I feel like you are a friend.  Maybe it is because you have shared with the community so many personal stories, on top of all the posts that are chock full of information on technology, blogging, and real estate.  You have captured an audience because you have used your blog to do its job and that is to share with people and have them get to know you without ever having met you!  I enjoy your positive outlook on life, whether in good times or in bad. You are a success and you know, I think you are awesome!

Mary, I have bookmarked so many of your posts.  The information you provide is invaluable - yet FREE!  Thank you so much for all you share with me and have taught me without even knowing it!  I am sure there are countless members of AR who have better GOOGLE rankings because of all your tips.  Sometimes your posts are full of so much information I need to take them one step at a time.  I read a paragraph, implement the information, and then save the rest for later.  Thank you and I hope you keep it coming!

Katerina, you have taught me the importance of keywords and using them properly in my blog.  Although I don't leave a comment every time, I am reading, learning and enjoying your blog!  You have a lot to offer this community here at AR as well as the very community you live in!

Monika, you are one of my first teachers in real estate and you may have been the first to tell me about ActiveRain.  You also have an outstanding blog here on AR as well as your personal one.  I love to see how you always seem to have something to write about.  Your blog really is like a journal and you have shared some of your life stories from the bottom of you heart.  It has been great "getting to know you". Your writing and topics keep my interest and despite what my daughter thinks, I love looking to see how you update your photo with new themes. LOL!

There are many more of you who I have taken little tidbits and ideas from and I thank you all for your contributing to my growth.  You have made a difference in my career and an even bigger difference in my life! Thank you

Although I will never compare myself to the bloggers I have listed above....

I just hope someday, that someone, somewhere will somehow learn something from me through MY blog!!!

CONGRATS! That is an achievement, do you remember the day you joined and how far that number seemed away? It wasn't as hard as you thought was it?

Once again congratulations and see you at 200!

Kim,

As you can now attest, if you stay busy in AR, good things will happen. Besides learning about mortgages, real estate, SEO etc., yes, the network will also give a nice push to your marketing efforts. Great site.

Brad - thanks for the flowers, you made my day! They are beautiful!!    Thanks for the compliment of my little movie too!  I made it the very first day I worked at Coldwell Banker and I remember asking someone to take my pic at the desk... I felt stupid but I did it anyway.... My boss was impressed!!  There really are a lot of offices in downtown Wolfeboro NH and I really feel we have so much more to offer our customers/cients than the others!

Hey Kim - I don't know how I missed this post, but CONGRATS on 100!!!  Wow, you got there fast.  I think that took me almost a year or close to it.  And thank you so much for your very kind words - I am glad we 'met', through posts and emails.  You're doing a terrific job, and your posts are great for consumers in your area and those looking to buy or sell there.

Brad's comment about your video on the side caused me to go watch it - very nicely done, and I agree with him about the last scene - very special touch!

CONGRATS!!
Ann

Kim - you shouldn't feel stupid about that photo, it is unique, creative, and sincere, it comes through loud and clear.  Nothing to be ashamed of there except not getting enough people to see it!!  (Big Smile) As for the flowers, you're more than deserving!!  :-)
